Welcome
Tiledash turns your Homey into live dashboards for every screen in the house.
You log in with your Athom account, connect your Homey, and Tiledash builds dashboards from your own rooms and devices. From there you rearrange tiles, restyle them, put dashboards on a wall tablet or an e-ink screen, share them with family or guests, and record history for the readings you care about.
Live values come straight from your Homey to the screen you are looking at. Tiledash stores your dashboards and the history you choose to record. Live values are shown, not kept.
The guide
- Connect your Homey: log in with Athom, choose a Homey, and what Tiledash keeps.
- Your dashboards: start from a suggestion, arrange tiles, set up phone, tablet and desktop layouts, and record history.
- Wall panels and e-ink: run a tablet as a panel that swipes, sleeps and wakes for alerts, or use an e-ink screen.
- Themes and styling: the built-in themes, restyling a tile, and your own themes on Pro.
- Sharing and paired screens: share links, and tablets paired with a code.
- Build widgets with your AI: connect Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Cursor and let it write your widgets.
- Moving to another Tiledash: export your configuration and import it on another Tiledash for the same Homey.
Widgets
The widget gallery shows every widget Tiledash comes with, what it fits, and what each of its options does.
Your own widgets
If a built-in widget is not quite right, you can write your own with templates. How a widget works is the place to start. Making your own widgets is part of Pro, and the pricing page lists what Free and Pro include.
