Shows All clear in green while the detector is calm. When it detects smoke the tile turns red and says Smoke! with a pulsing alarm, and it tells you since when. It stays that way until the detector reports all clear.
Use it on a dashboard you glance at, or pair it with an alert so a screen wakes up when it goes off. The battery shows in the header when the detector has one.
