Map

Where your car, phone or tracker is, live on a map.

Fits
Any dashboard: it isn’t tied to one device
Size
6 × 3 tiles, from 3 × 1.5 to 12 × 6

Shows the devices that know where they are, such as a car that reports its latitude and longitude, a phone or a tracker. Each has a pin with its icon, and a tag with its name and when it was last seen there, like “4 min ago”.

Pins glide when a device moves, and the map follows. Drag or pinch the map and it stops following for 30 seconds. A pin seen in the last five minutes has a soft ring, and one not seen for a day, or whose device is offline, fades. A tap on a pin opens the device. If no device has a place yet, the tile says “No location yet”. Where a map can’t be drawn, it lists the places in words.

Options

Change these in the tile’s settings: Configure… on the tile in edit mode.
