A little door swings open or shut with the sensor, and the tile says Open (in the warning colour) or Closed. Underneath, it tells you since when it has been open, or when it last changed.
The battery shows in the header when the sensor reports it, and an unreachable sensor is dimmed and marked Unavailable.
